I am using it and it seems to be under control for now

I wish I had this advice after radiation and I could have prevented all

that I went through including emergency room visits and stay in the

Hospital

I also have these problems. After radiation, my colon seems to be.. less elastic? I now go no. 2 maybe 3 times a day.

I had an appointment w gastro doc and saw a lady nurse. She was russian and very smart with the supplements. She got me on probiotic and olive leaf extract (Giaha brand, Sprouts) and i now take Vit Shop womens 50 Mil Billion?

I had instant performance improvement.

She said don’t take metamucil fiber in the beginning.

But i take fiber now every day to keep things moving.

Also oregano oil works
