My second MRI confirms my tumor shrank owing to my diet, supplements, and some exercise.

I'm as happy as can be. I just got the second MRI report, and it looks like my tumor shrank 80% in 13 months. Could this really be happening? oh happy day! Thanks to everyone for their feedback. That includes the skeptics and the naysayers. To them also, I say thank you. It is only through vigorous examination and tireless efforts to raise objections that stories can be reasonably evaluated.

I am only telling my story. I am not a doctor and make no recommendations to anyone about anything. Clearly what I am doing to myself is very risky, putting me in uncharted waters. Currently it appears my risky behavior is being rewarded. But that does not mean it will continue or that in the long run it will be helpful.

But I will say this. It feels great right now.

Thanks for the update, I was curious what you would see on your next scan. Iam in a different boat but I had my quarterly PSA test this morning and it was undetectable. I can relate to your good feeling. regards

I am not a doctor or medical professional. I give no advice. This is just my story that seems to work for me so far. I have discussed this with my doctors., who have remained my doctors.

I can hardly believe it myself. I am actually doing it? Can I keep it up?

"Spontaneous" remission is real. Why not? Keep going :-)

would be cool to have a double axis graph of testosterone and PSA but you may not have simultaneous test data to do that if you have only checked for PSA often. It is amazing how PSA can follow testosterone. not completely of course. dutasteride can do that also, apparently. good luck with your program. maybe i'll get some pomegranate juice.

Most people who have found something that seems to work want to share the news.

I Call it Bull Tweet.

It's just my story. Maybe positive stories are better shared elsewhere.

Maybe going elsewhere is best, since you are not sharing here.

Congrats!! I read some of your story and it was very interesting . I wish I had some of that information when I was first diagnosed (doesn't hurt to give some of it a try). I also commend you for being so committed to it , with no real cheating on your diet that I saw. I would like to try some of your ideas to maybe try and lower my risk of recurrence. I'm high risk I guess , psa was around 25 with Decipher test .75 (tested after I started treatment) I had 28 sessions EBRT and I'm 1 year in of my 2 years ADT.

Ps. I think maybe the Moderators took your link down? It was up before, I can't even find it on the web anymore when I punch in the web address.

Thanks for your kind words. I should stick to my story and not link to my site to be proper

What is the URL of the website? Thanks in advance.

Please post the website address like this M-y-w-e-b-s-i-t-e-.-c-o-m so that the mods do not take it down as they likely do not want link backs outbound to other sites. I certainly hope that is the reason. If your story is being censored, that would be a shame. Please send me a DM direct message if you cannot post it, better yet don't post it again if it was taken down more than once.
