Second recurrence advice

Seems I am just starting my second recurrence with psa rising to 1.1 since it started to rise in April this year. I had a PET scan in August but with no obvious uptake and another scan this week. Results this Saturday 28th Sept 2024.

TA kindly sent me the latest protocols to consider but as my latest PET scan may still not show anything, or may, I am just preparing the questions for my Consultant.

Are there any questions except what type of treatment is recommended that I should be asking?

Many thanks.

could it be a "bounce"?

2 years post SBRT, my psa went:

.5

.7

.8

1.03

.7

it had moved up in conjunction with my testosterone .. hopefully, yours is not indicative of a recurrence.. all the best

Some MO s prefer to go by scan rather than PSA This is an area of great interest
