I use Saw Palmetto. Prosta Strong or you could use beta sitosterol. I use both. Surgery not needed for BPH for me for the last 20 years. Best of luck to you.
I've been on AS for 18 years. Was low-risk Gleason 6 at start, now intermediate risk 3+4 and continuing with AS. Meanwhile, for BPH, in January of this year I had UroLift, which was a godsend. So, for me, the answer is yes.
