Dont have results from follow up tp biopsy 'til next Monday but struggling to handle the strain of being on AS.Time for treatment, 5 sessions SBRT at The Christie Manchester, assuming pathology hasn't nosedived in 12 months, gonna tell em at appt next Monday.

Might regret it in 5 yrs if I have permanent catheter and/or hole in my arse LOL, but that's very unlikely.

Mrs always says she'll go with my decision but deep down I think she'd want me to get treated

Best of luck. I “feel your pain”. I’ve been on AS for 18 months and just had a follow up biopsy yesterday waiting on results (my PSA average has increased from 4.5 to 7.0 in 3 years, 1x 3x3 and 2x 3x4 Gleason). Just changed to a urologist that I trust (did his residency at Johns Hopkins) and is open to options (not just surgery). I’m seriously considering doing intervention as well.

I hope all goes well for you!
