SBRT urinary and rectal toxicity after SBRT for FIR

1. Is urinary toxicity related to pre treatment urine function, is ISUP score relevant, my score was low.2. My colonoscopy last year revealed a small area of haemorrhoids, asymptomatic and no bleeding, does this increase possible rectal toxicity

I think it's a good idea to get your hemorrhoids removed before radiation. Otherwise, they may break after radiation. Here are the acute side effects you might experience:
