Well, I won't argue with the results (early breakfast vs late breakfast), but what has worked for me the past few years is last meal no later than 6:30PM and breakfast (most times unless I have an appointment) around 8;30AM: this gives me 14 hours between my last meal of the day and first one.

Very stable lab reports and, I can't believe this, a mets free PSMA scan. I have been off all medication for the past five years.

Love it. God bless. Do you also limit what you eat?

I don't eat beef or pork. In case of beef, I don't need the hormones or the iron.
