got my blood results back for my 3 month PSA test and its gone up to 0.16, my urology nurse has got me an appointment with the consultant on Monday, is it looking likely I’ll have a scan then a course of radiotherapy ? I was told that after the radical prostectomy 4 lymph nodes taken where clear and the cancer was contained in the prostate gland, any thoughts

I went through 38 sessions of radiology treatments, and it went fairly well. My main side effect was fatigue which went away in a couple months. It was quite an inconvenience, but seems to have held my psa at an acceptable level. I am going and having it checked every three months. Time will tell. My Doctor said I was a bit of an exception as most folks have more side effects.
