Prostate Cancer Treatments that DO NOT have a Erectile Dysfunction Side Effects !!

Does anyone know of any LEGITIMATE Prostate Cancer Treatment other than Active Surveillance or Watchful Waiting that does NOT have an Erectile Function Side Effect???

(i.e. Focal Therapy , Tulsa, Hybrid, Trial , Hifu, Cryoblation, .. Radio Frequency, Anywhere , Anyplace in United States)

(Have Gleason 7 (4 +3) . 6 months out from Diagnosis-PSMA PET -Cancer still in Capsule in Right & Left mid-gland).

I do not know of such a treatment but wanted to share that I am two months out from having my prostrate removed and am getting closer to my pre-op normal in terms of ED. I don't want to underplay the issue but in my case it wasn't nearly as bad as I feared. I was also Gleason 7 before hand.

I had SBRT (At Sloan-Kettering it’s called MKS precise, because it’s MRI guided) almost a year ago. I have not lost any function, except that I no longer ejaculate. So far the PSA numbers continue to drop, and all looks good. I was Gleason 7; 3+4. I would certainly look into radiation exhaustively before considering having my prostate removed.

Im also Gleason 7 (4+3) and trying to decide on treatment.

Nano knife procedure seams to be promising, I just don’t know who is doing it yet, still researching yet in my area
