Can you qualify for Lu 177 without doing chemotherapy first and how?

In the USA, can you get or chose chemotherapy or Lu 177 as a treatment option?

Are there any qualifications

Instead of doing chemo- can an advanced metastatic prostate cancer patient or a new diagnosed advanced metastatic prostate cancer patient

whom had one dose of chemotherapy with a bad reaction get or qualify for Lu 177

We were not told we had an option to chose…chemotherapy or Lu 177

I do not see any replies so I will say what I have found so far. In the US at least they seem to want you to have the Chemo first. Since you havehad an adverse reaction perhaps you can skip it. I have a problem with finding a Dr to have the treatment. I am in contact with Dr Tagawa who is doing a Clinical trial in NYC which does not require Chemo prior to joining.
