I'm on month two of temporary ADT (Firmagon, switching soon to Orgovyx), and the hot flashes are getting more frequent and intrusive. Any tips?

You can try acupuncture, or discuss any of these with your doctor: estrogen patch with tamoxifen, Megace, venlafaxine, or oxybutynin.

Thanks, Allen. I'll start with acupuncture, which helped me through the anxiety of making a treatment decision.
