Starting SBRT

Hey folks,

Sitting in Dana Farber waiting room for 1st of 5 sessions of SBRT on Mridian Viewray. Been on ADT (Orgovyx) for 2 of eventually 6 months. PSA 5.9, 5 of 11 cores pos. 3+4 in two cores with 20% pattern 4 and some cribriform.

The hormone therapy sounds like overkill for your favorable risk PCa. But if you wanted that as insurance, that's your option. Don't overfill your bladder - the MRIdian sessions are long.
