Good morning I had a follow up for my Vitamin D levels. It’s in the low 20’s. I was taking Vit D before Cyberknife along with other supplements but I stopped every supplement just as I ended treatment since I found out I wasn’t supposed to be taking any sort of antioxidants (the RO didn’t tell me I found out here and confirmed with the RO, glad they let me know 😏) is it safe to start taking again? I’m about 45 days since treatment.

You should ask your RO. I have read journal articles that go either way with vitamin D and radiation.
It's OK. The American Academy of Family Physicians says low 20s is OK too. "97.5% of individuals with levels higher than 20 ng per mL have adequate vitamin D intake."
Sounds good. Thanks Guys
Vitamin D is not really a vitamin. It is a pro hormone that is produced when the sun penetrates the skin and is converted into the usable form in the kidneys.
You need vitamin D levels to be higher than 40 and less than 100.
