Can you combine 5mg tadalafil dailies and sildenafil 50mg together say tadalafil in the morning and sildenafil 50mg when needed late afternoon but not every day.. By the way Gleeson score was 3+3..t2c tumour confined and both sets of nerves were saved..

My experience with these drugs is that their primary effects are essentially the same, but differ greatly in the side effects. They have both worked for me, but differently: one is more immediate, the other more consistent. Look at the half-life data for each, that explains a lot of the variance I experience. Viagra typically has the more vivid and immediate side-effects for me -- usually but not always. However, I would not want to risk them on top of the Cialis.

Remember too that theses PDE5 drugs were developed originally as blood pressure lowering medications, so while they do raise it in one specific organ they still lower it generally. The package inserts all warn about the potential for tachycardia. You don't want that to happen (I have, it was scary).

Bottom line, you probably wouldn't be the first to try it, you might get away with it. But you might not be real happy with the results. Plus it would not be medically recommended.

Yes, you can. Be careful standing up quickly, as your blood pressure may be low. If you have incontinence, you may find the combination makes it worse.

From the first week the catheter came out after the op I was normal with no leakage..the problem is intimacy is a big part with these tablets to make them work. My wife passed away in 2018 so now it's only now I've recently met someone. I might just try sildenafil instead of tadalafil. More than likely I've been told that most of it is in the mind even though I don't feel it..

Trimix injections always work, whether your mind is into it or not.

Talk to me more about those injections, what is involved, how long they are effective, etc. Thanks.

You use a very tiny needle (the same needle used for insulin) to inject the liquid into the tissue on either side of the penis. It doesn't hurt. The main ingredient is alprostadil (which causes pain if used on its own). It causes the tissue to swell up regardless of whether you are turned on. How long the erections last depend on the amount injected. So the first few times you are experimenting to find the right amount for you. It is a good idea to have some sudafed on hand if the erection lasts too long. If it lasts more than 4 hours and the sudafed doesn't work, you have to go to the ER to get an injection of epinephrine.

I've combined the two. The cialis seems best for nocturnal erections which are important in keeping things healthy and functional.
