You surely can have some side effects. But if the RP was totally successful then

You could be done with APC .. live healthy and recover well . ✌️

"As bad as it sounds"? What have you heard? My worst two weeks were those after the cath came out and I was incontinent. That got better with pelvic floor exercises and with some attitude adjustment on my part. Had good daytime control by four months and good nighttime control by six months. PSA came down; PSA stayed down. MO & RO wanted "salvage radiaton + ADT." I didn't. Now at 27 months, PSA still down and my MO is seeing me in six months. I will continue to monitor PSA every 3 months for my own peace of mind.

My erections are starting to return, not big and certainly not firm, but definitely there. I start trimix injections this week. The trial run gave me a 5-hour and somewhat uncomfortable boner.

I do not know what Vitruviusman has experienced.
