All, I’m asking for a friend in another support group whose husband was recently diagnosed with newly mutated neuroendocrine PC (after original diagnosis 17 yrs). She’s in St Louis and not happy with their current oncologists knowledge of neuroendocrine PC. They are headed to Dr Beltran at Dana Farber.
My hubby’s neuroendocrine diagnosis came in 2018, after his original diagnosis in 2011 and we see Dr Aggarwal at UCSF, but she’s wondering if there are other choices for her that might be closer.
Thanks in Advance.

Im one year out, doing well, living in Boston. I got my 2nd opinions at DF. I host patients and families who come to Boston for medical treatment, obese share mgt info and they are welcome to contact me should they plan to come to DF.
We met with Dr. Misha Beltran March 11. Our local oncologist is working with her. According to Beltran, there are no standards of care. Platinum based chemo and epotoside are first line treatments. After that, treatment is individualized. Is that your experience?
