I had surgery in 2014 and my PSA started to rise. It’s a sinking feeling and disappointing. You are doing the right things. I’ve incorporated diet and it’s helped. More plant based and Lower fat and less sugar. I feel better and much to my suprise I’ve adjusted. Does your urologist have a nutritionist to suggest? It helped me

Lucky for me, my PSA has been undetectable since 2011. Despite that my wife and I switched to a pescatarian diet plus dairy. We eat at least 5 different grains, avacado, bok choy, brocoli, beans of all sorts, brocolini, carrots, corn, swiss chard, spinach, and a lot more vegies besides. I hope eggs are good for you, because we eat a lot of eggs. lots of mixed nuts, sardines, small tuna, etc. Just trying to keep the odds in my favor of PC ever returning.

Good diet moves! You're demonstrating what people should be eating for optimal health.

The general opinion is that dairy and eggs are not good I’m afraid, ok in small amounts I suppose. It’s the choline in the eggs apparently. The rest of your diet looks excellent.

Great news when 0 is a good number! Great variety in diet! Vegetables and Whole Grains are key it seems fat sugar and dairy are inflammatory. Those are the guides I’ve used

That is the trouble with diets in general, somebody will always find something that is "bad" for you. I take no offense. PSA undetectable for 8 and a half years and counting isn't so bad either.

Hi I treat the diet angle seriously and try to follow Prof Thomas book for guidance cancernet.co.uk/books.htm

Virtually vegan with occasional fish .... Bit of milk in tea and odd small dairy lapse. Trying hard to cut out the added sugar. PSA is twitchy after RP ... 0.06 last count ... So doing all I can to avoid RT.

You are on a good path and I appreciate the share on the source. What I’ve found odd re: diet is what I thought I liked to eat is really what I was used to eating!
