They conducted a survey to determine whether there was "specialty bias" among radiation oncologists and urologists in their opinions about the suitability of radiation or surgery in various high risk situations (primary therapy, salvage after RP, and salvage after RT). Here is what they found and some things you can do about it:

Thanks for posting this! I find myself lucky that the 2019 NCCN guidelines have been the norm for me since initial diagnosis and RP/RT/ADT in 2012.
