Hi...I was diagnosed in 2017 with a psa level of 16.7. I had a DRE and then biopsy which indicated a gleason 7 tumour. I had RALP in September 2017 which.confirmed gleason 7 3+4 tumour and the staging was T3a. Post op my psa was 0.01. 6 months later 0.02 and now it's 0.03. Should I worry? The extended lympadenectomy showed no metastases to the lymph glands. Could it have travelled to my bones too?

Your numbers are still low. Keep your vitamin D3 level up. Lay off the meat and watch your weight.

No - only a pattern of rising PSA over 0.03 suggests biochemical recurrence. Avoid supplements that may interfere with tests.
