Whole gland HIFU erections

hi

i am post 2 months after whole gland HIFU

No nighttime spontaneous erections and erection during sex is not as hard as before

Anybody have had a similar experience?

Is it transient and get better with time?

Erections not as hard as before is standard at 2 months. Took 3 years for me to get back to where I should be. New blood vesselscwill grow. Also there is Viagria.

With no night-time erections, your penis is likely to shrink some, over time.

Check out "penile rehabilitation" or "penile rehab". It's some combination of vacuum pump / Viagra / injections that gives you frequent, solid erections.

That tends to keep the penile tissues healthy.
