Ok now...I hope that several of you have had a chance or two to try out the Loop. Four questions: Did you try it? Did it help? How much did it help? Would you do it again?
C'mon, somebody! Be bold. Be brave. Maybe this thing doesn't do anything for you. But maybe it does. An awful lot of guys could potentially find benefit.

Sorry you were confused by the instructions. You sense the NSFW problem, though, with any demonstration photos taking us through steps 1-5. My girlfriend suggested drawings, which might be a good solution. This is an evolving project -- and this group is the "pilot" group.
Aside from the issue of dealing with ED in general, I cannot be more serious than I already am about the crucial importance of engaging in penile maintenance during ADT.
In the Instructions I refer to "many of us" are facing potentially permanent ED from our otherwise life-saving treatments. "Many" should be "most."
The stats are there. The stark truth is: ADT will render a potent man at the beginning of treatment into an impotent man at the end of treatment, IF HE LETS IT -- if he does not find some way of keeping erections going during a period when allowing the penis to stay flaccid during long periods can lead to permanent tissue damage...and permanent ED as an outcome that could have at least been lessened.
With judicious use of tools like taking daily low-dose Tadalafil or Sildenafil as support, my own experience leads me to believe that using the Erection Loop will help fight against that outcome...a lot.
How much will it help? It's helping NOW, in real time, producing beautiful erections. But I will have to wait to find out, because of the possible effect of late-onset, radiation-induced vascular damage downstream in the next few years. Kind of worrisome.
Yes, in the first months of ADT, the severe drop into castrate-level T usually devastates the libido -- and thus the frequency of any sexual activity -- for months and years in the vast majority of men. But I was able to use -- in combination with the confidence-boosting Loop -- some persuasive psychology, which primarily featured this statement to my libido: "You don't need testosterone to function! You can boost blood flow (with the Loop) to compensate!"
I know that the manner in which one uses the Loop might seem kinky or wild -- but it just may help save your sexual functioning during and after ADT.
Also, if you do actually have a situation where all else actually does fail -- but you still have a functioning libido -- please consider an AMS or Coloplast penile implant. The satisfaction rate is above 90%. Guys love it apparently.
Actually I`m not a "Old boy" Englishman but more a "Del Boy" from South London, but the point I was trying to make was we all have this crap and stuff ,never loose our sence of humour. And yes I would try Handdrummers 777 loop ,can I buy one from the USA, Promise My great grandfather was "Jack the Ripper"but I will not use it for anything other from which it is intended .?
the ONE thing that is a JOY about castration is NOT wanting to masturbate, have sex, be "sexy"...or have anything to do with sex. Perhaps it's me...but I had way more than I needed already...it's nice to focus on walking, feeding the birds, feeding the fish...gardening...and cooking. And mostly...on just living. Sex is NOT an issue.
p.s. everything else about castration sucks. No energy, no strength and not much determination some days to get anything done.
I should have read your story and I would know that you didn't get the surgical castration. I'm sorry for your journey's unfortunate twists and turns. I will have to read up on BIRM.
One thing, greatjohn, is that there may come some moments when you want to have an erection -- if only to reaffirm or express your core physical manhood upon occasion. I think that would be healthy for you to do once in awhile.
It's in those possible times that I hope the JoyLoop can be of some assistance. Best of luck in all your health -- and just living -- endeavors! Don't hesitate to communicate.
