Help? worried small baby at 35weeks?

Just had a scan and estimate baby weighs 4lb8 at 35 weeks. This is bit low on chart. Have another scan in 10 days. What can I do to boost her weight? Eat more? Bit worried. X

I always recogoned a baby weight can be determined by the mother's own weight "to a certain limit" Are u considered to be quite a small weight & do u think you've gained a bit of weight while you've been pregnant.

I personally think as long as the baby is developing healthy in other areas such as Limbs ( arms legs hands & etc..) & the baby's heart beat is at a good pace i believe she/he will be fine.

All baby's are pretty small but will gain the most important weight when their born.

Try not to worry too much U have got another 5 weeks, I wouldn't go by scans too much. . They told me my daughter wasnt that big and she was 9lb10 and a week early. . The average Is 7.7lb u probably won't be far off that if u go full term or over. ...What did the hospital say? Sounds like they are keeping an eye on u so that's good... x

Hi, i had a scan at 36 weeks and my baby was estimated to be 5lb6oz then i had another scan at 38 weeks and he was estimated 7lb7oz, i had him last Thursday and he was 7lb14oz t 39 weeks. The scans are not always 100% right. I have known ppls scans be at least 2lb out either way. I would just eat the way you have been doing has if you eat too much junk food it might make you.feel ill.
