I feel your pain as I'm also 7weeks and can't believe how quickly my boobs have started to feel heavy and sore. Unfortunately I've found nothing to help with this....

Me too! That is sore heavy boobs and 7 weeks :) I've gone from 32D to 32E and only just fitting in that size! I find it worse in the mornings when getting out of bed but find that wearing a support vest to bed is helping (so they aren't flopping around too much lol).

I'm thinking about starting to use Bio Oil (not that that will help with the soreness but hopefully avoid any stretch-marks). I believe the tenderness will ease after the 1st trimester so only 5 or so weeks to go! x

Ahh its killing me. i have always been big busted! dreading it when they get even bigger!! 36G is big enough for me! :( i may pop into boots or chemist see if some cream will help! worth a shot ay! having sore boobs and feeling exhausted is the only symptoms i have! it started to worry me but alot of people said they was the same x

i was a 34G but the back felt so uncomfortable so i brought some 36G sizes and these feel a better on the back.

Glad to hear that you only have the same symptoms as me, I too have been worrying about the lack of morning sickness. We are never happy are we! Roll on 12 weeks I say x

Hey, I am not big boobed but quickly needed to move on from my underwire bras, I brought a nice soft support bra from M&S with no underwire (underwires bad for your boobs when preggers) and have never looked back especially when boobs were firm & sore, they do soften again I think mine did about 12 weeks when hormones settle a bit.

So far as symptoms go I never had morning sickness, extreme fatigue yes and up very early for the loo, bowel changes early on too but this all settles down & I am happily 17wks now and feel virtually normal again other then the belly which I adore ;) x

I was a 36g before pregnancy up until circa week 14 I was in agony

ever since they've felt pretty normal I'm now 23 weeks. I found no cure however wearing a sports bra to bed and good well fitted bras generally really do help.

Good luck!

Get a maternity bra straightaway! My boobs were so sore I couldn't hug my partner or use scratchy towels and the bra helped hugely

I found a sports bra was good - holds everything in and very comfy! xx

Hey, I'm coming up for 11 weeks myself and I know exactly what you're talking about; I feel your pain! Pre pregnancy I was 32KK; my boobies aren't natural but I've never had a problem with the weight of them up until now...I literally feel like I'm being dragged down by them, they're so sore aswell; the slightest touch even hurts! Plus they've ballooned to god knows what size now :/ I'm currently wearing maternity bras from M & S and I've ordered some from bravissimo and that seems to help a bit...for me light support both in the day and at night seems to be working....sort of anyway! Oh and you may also want to try post surgery bras, they're really comfy as the cups are really soft and they don't have any seams so there's no rubbing on your already sore boobies! Again M & S do really good ones and i know from experience as i wore them for ages after I got my boobs done. I find creams like deep heat work for my back pain but I'm also considering going to see someone professional as I'm in agony most of the time :( the only thing that seems to work for the sore boobs is to take a nice warm bath, it soothes the pain a little and obviously gives you a bit of time to relax! :)

Good luck with everything and I hope this was useful x
