I am supposedly two months pregnant, saw the u/s and there was just a sac

I had the ultrasound at the hospital and there was no heartbeat or sac, could there still be a baby I'm so frustrated and worried I also have a bicornuate uterus, I also don't mean too be gross but I've been having a little bit of spotting but it's not red so I don't know what too think please help me I'm losing my mind!!!!!!!

This must be very stressful for you, sorry that our going though this.

Tbh by two months as far as I now in my own personal experince a sac, fetal pole, heartbeat and by eight weeks a little baby blob can be clearly seen in a normal pregnancy.

Spotting can be fairly normal in pregnancy especially if its around the time of your normal period.

I hope you have been offered a re-scan and blood tests to monitor what is going on.

Heya hun im sorry your going through this. I experienced exactly the same last April , i lost the pregnancy at 10 1/2 weeks and it was horrific - baby came out fully formed during the mc whilst i was in a&e. I fell pregnant again straight away and i had a scan at 8 weeks and there was only an empty sack. I was told i had a bicornuate uterus as well. The utetus can change during pregnancy though - i had a very obvious heart shaped uterus however later on in both of my successful pregnancies, the heart shape became less obvious until around 16 weeks it looked normal.

It sounds like you have had a missed mc and if this is the case i'm sorry - you should have another scan to confirm this, normally a week later. Ask your doctor about this if you werent offered another scan - its dangerous to not know as if you've only had spotting, you could have cells left inside that can cause infections and long term problems.
