Hi I'm 30 weeks

and I've been having constant nose bleeds, for the past one week, at least twice each day. Though I normally have nose bleeds when I'm pregnant but not everyday, just wondering if there's anything I could do to stop .

Yuk, that must be annoying! Is your blood pressure ok? Normally if it is high you get nose bleeds.

Nose bleeds can become more frequent during pregnancy - as pointed out, worth getting your BP checked. That said, you have a greater blood volume when you are pregnant, and 'simple' nose bleeds are usually caused by having an area of your nose with a lot of fragile blood capillaries (called Little's Area). If your BP is ok, you could ask your GP to refer you to ENT - it's possible to cauterise this area if it 's the cause of your problems and annoying you xx
