free dental care and prescriptions when preggers

I am 12 weeks and 3 days pregnant and I am aware of free dental care and pescriptions, how do I get hold of a certificate for this, and can I even do it this early or do I have to wait until later in?

your midwife should have filled a form in on your booking appt which you should have signed, you then receive a card through the post stating your excemption.

I literally found it after I posted the question :)

I went directly to be dentist and they sorted this out. I went from being a private patient to an nhs patient and I signed some form so I am assuming I'm now free until the baby is one.
