Nausea- it makes me sick!

Currently 10wks and the nausea is beginning to get the better of me. Other than sore boobs this is the only symptom I've had. It hit me at 6 wks and hasn't left yet. Now I'm not sure if I'm more excited about finding out my scan date or enough time passing that the nausea disappears (I hope!). It's my only symptom now as the boobs have calmed down so heres wishing the nausea leaves soon....

I'm almost ten weeks.. and the continuous retching and nausea is really getting to me also.. plus I can't do anything as I keep fainting when I try go out :-(.. doctors say hopefully towards the other side of 10 weeks things should start to settle... fingers crossed!!

Do you find it's worse as different times of the day? And have you find anything helps with the nausea? I'm struggling to find anything that helps. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi p1ddh

I found I was worse in the morning around 8-9am, they say ginger or peppermint is good but I found ginger made it worse. I cut down on caffeine but found that eating small and regularly helped the most, even if it was a couple of cookies or a piece of toast. I get nausea if I haven't eaten much anyway so it was just exacerbated by pregnancy. I'm nearly 11 weeks now and it's slowly subsiding, I hope yours does too x

Hey I get worse in the evenings. And after being really cautious for over last so many weeks, now finally at week 11 and 3 days I puked. Comes out I have been so busy since morning cleaning and making party food that I did not have a single bite of solid food, just some carrots and olives and tea - But yeah somehow this is the only time in my life when I have felt better after puking ! wondering if it happens to you too ?

And yup I dont feel sore boobs either, but funnily i get very emotional - to the verge of crying -if husband dear is caressing them :( and he laughs so much at this stupidest sensation connecting my boobs to my tear glands !
