the biggest must is dont think about it, stress makes a diffrent, but they do say if been trying for 12months then you can go for tests at the doctors and fertility clinic, ive known a few people that its taken 5 years to concive and then when they least expect pregnancy it happens, xx

have you tried one of those ovulation calculator sites? You input the dates of your periods and it calculates your most fertile days. I think some, once you've registered your info will even send you a reminder email on the fertile days!!!! Good Luck ! x

After 2 years of trying you qualify for fertility tests and depending on those results also help from the fertility clinic.. I had a fertility test when I was 17 and the doctor didn't even say I was too young they just helped and it turned out I needed the help from them x

it took me 6 years to concieve my 1st daughter and 6 1/2 years to concieve my current pregnancy, i'm now 32 weeks ;-). some people get pregnant at the drop of a hat, some (like me) it takes what seems like forever. i had fertility tests after 2 years of trying, and they couldn't find anything. after loads of research on internet, i tried the following things, !.start taking folic acid asap, to help your body prepare. 2. cut out caffiene as that can reduce fertility, 3. try yoga to relax the mind and body. don't know which one helped me but i'm going to be a mummy again :-)

good luck xx

i watched a programme once that stated that women are desighned to climax after the man because when a woman orgasms, the process seems to suck up the sperm and send it towards the destination quicker. fasinating programme to watch but i believe it to be true as im now expecting no 5! good luck n just remember to hav fun trying

HI - I was speaking to a friend of mine whos sister was trying for a baby for a while. She had tests etc and they couldnt find anything wrong, she paid to go to a private fertility centre and the first thing the consultant said was oh your a vegetarian maybe your iron levels are low. She had never had any problems with iron level but started taking iron supplements and within a matter of months got pregnant, she used the same when she wanted a second on the next month she was pregnant.

Have you had your iron levels checked?

Im no dr but worth checking this out.

Good Luck x
