During pregnancy, your body does end up with a higher blood volume, so it's not necessarily uncommon to have nose bleeds during pregnancy, but this seems like a lot to me (bearing in mind I'm certainly not a medical professional).

Do you currently take aspirin? Any regular dose of aspirin (even low dosage) can worsen things like nose bleeds. If so, and it's medically prescribed, speak to your doctor about whether it's safe to reduce or remove the dosage.

In the meantime, if it were me, I'd seek a second opinion - speak to your midwife or see another doctor or even phone NHS Direct.

All the best.
