What do people think of nose aspirators? Do they work? Has anyone bought a really good one they would recommend? Thanks

We have one, it came in a Tommee tipee care kit along with nail clippers, hair brush etc. It’s just a bulb with a tip on it. We have used it and it does work to a degree in helping remove bogies but they still end up with some congestion as they can’t blow and it’s never going to get everything out. Handy to have but I wouldn’t pay a fortune for one x

We have this one and I can’t get it to work at all on my four month old. But snuffle drops (Saline drops) are pretty good for getting them to sneeze and clear their own nostrils.

It took us a few goes, I think it just needs a good seal 😂 I also tried the drops too. I think as long as it works stick with it, trying to get bogies out is no fun!

Thanks all! I think I will pass on the nasal extractor. It just so frustrating when you can see a bogey but can’t get to it! X
