My 10 months old baby is heavily teething. If we saw it properly, there's about 4 top ones to come out. The problem is that her nose got blocked. I'm trying to find more information about this but Google is a bit unreliable. Anyone had similar experiences? TIA

My kids always get snuffly when teething. I highly recommend warm baths before bed with asda vapour bubble bath followed by rubbing some baby vicks on their chest, back and neck, we also put vicks on baby's feet with a pair of socks on to draw any fever away from the head but that's a very old fashioned way of doing things so not everyone agrees with that method but it works on my kids 😀. Also there is something you can buy from the baby section of the supermarket but for the life of me I can't remember the name of it, (I currently am suffering with pregnancy brain fog 😂) amits a nasal decongestant, it allows you to basically sick the spots out of baby's nose so they can sleep and breath much easier, it's absolutely brilliant I got mine from Sainsburys, cost about £4 or £5. Its a life saver for stuffy noses. Also you could try the vicks vapour plug ins, olbas oil or carvel drops. All the above work wonders for my kids,, but every child is different. If your worried you can always give the health visitor or GP a call for advice. Hope your little one feels better soon. 💛
Thank you very much for your reply and for the advices. ☺️ Much appreciated. We will definitely try the vapour bath as we tried the other stuff that you have mentioned. Also, we did take her to the GP a couple of times and to the hospital, but they told us that it's a viral things and we need to be patient.
I have 4 kids and 1 on the way, my eldest is 21 my youngest is 15 months, I am no longer surprised when I am told its just a virus it will clear up on its on, just give calpol or ibrufen if they have a temperature, the GPS advice over the years has remained the same 🤣
This is the thing I use on baby's nose. You basically suck the snot out and it clears the nose, its brilliant. (The snot collects in a tube and then you just rinse it to clean it) you can buy them online or in supermarkets or pharmacy's.
