Hypercoiled umbilical cord - MDCA twins

hi, we have just had our 12 week nhs scan following three rounds of ivf. We are having identical twins - one placenta with a sac each. Both twins are measuring spot on but they noticed a problem with one of their cords - they said it was Hypercoiled. They then went on to tell us about increase risk of miscarriage, early delivery and a lot of scary things. I will be monitored closely every 2 weeks but I’m terrified. Does anyone have any experience with this? xx
