Hello ma, I am 31 weeks with twins. The government health centre I am attending for antenatal don't have doctor - only nurses. Please is it advisable for me to deliver my babies there. Just that I don't know of the experience of the nursing staffers. I need good counsel please

First of all congratulations!! Also I may be wrong but I thought that delivery of twins is under a specialist twins consultant?? As I say I could be wrong but that is what happens where I delivered xx

Hey there, may I ask if you’re in the UK?

In the UK you would be under consultant care if you were having twins. But if it's not the UK it would really depend on what is available to you? Have you asked the nurses/midwives regarding your options?

Some twins are delivered naturally, but it much more common to need surgical intervention.
