help please

I have had period 1st September to 4th but light bleeding of normal blood then dark brown blood for 5 days from 27th September 1st October and then stopped and then spots of brown blood then pinkish blood then clear fluids then this happened on a pad, Cramping so much and been sick twice and feeling nauseous all the time. Have lower pain in lower abdomen on left and lower back. Feeling drained too. Seen doctor and she asked to pregnant test and was negative yesterday and said can be too early still. Had unprotected intercourse with husband since last period and I’m not ovulating either at the moment. I’m so confused to what’s happening. I used this picture and googled it and says it’s early stages of pregnancy but the test was negative yesterday and then took one in the morning too and same too negative. Just want to sleep too. The cramps are coming and going and have a pain in the butt too sometimes. I feeling different in my tummy. I thought it was just gastrointestinal issues but the doctor suggested to take test everyday and having a scan to determine whether or not it’s something more serious. I’m stressing out.

They pain is still there and getting worse and boobs are itchy too now
