Advice please maybe miscarriage?

Had 3 positive pregnancy tests few days ago including CB digital 1-2 weeks, yesterday morning I had very light cramps not sore or anything but my lower back was really sore. I had woke up at 4 30 with a migraine which continued for 17 hours. Anyway yesterday morning had felt wet down below so went to bathroom and noticed I was bleeding light pink not enough to fill a pad just when wiping then the colour turned dark brown orangey. I have just taken another test and it's negative? I have an app with nurse and doctor this morning as im so confused, I have no cramps now was only yesterday. Just wondered if anyone thinks I'm having a miscarriage/chemical pregnancy?

Have you done another test after the negative one?When we had our second baby, I had really bad pain for 1 day n bled bright red blood for 3 days. My first miscarriage was just awful.

Have you had any cramping or anything since? Normally the blood is bright red when miscarrying.

Only had cramping yesterday all day on and off nothing today.. took another cheap reat this morning and negative, I've got the doctors and nurse this morning at 9 30, stoll only bleeding dark brown no bright red? So confused never had a miscarriage before so really unsure what to expect x

It sounds crazy but all miscarriages can be different. I struggled immensely with my first miscarriage. Pain was excruciating but I had complications. Second miscarriage I had awful pain. It was like period pain but worse that only lasted a day.Its hard to say really hun. Hope you get some answers! Got everything crossed for you ❤

Had blood taken, doctor said she thinks its spotting but we will find out tomorrow for sure, she told me not to take any more tests as not all tests are accurate so I'm totally not sure if I'm still pregnant or miscarrying will find out tomorrow some time. X

Fingers crossed or you. I miscarried on Tuesday it was brown but then went onto bright red and clots with cramps. Hoping it’s spotting x
