I'm 11 weeks tomorrow, yesterday I started bleeding really heavy went to ED they did ultrasound baby girl is fine still has heartbeat. But since finding out on Valentine's Day I was pregnant I've had blood and cramping. Dr says everything is fine and some women bleed their entire pregnancy. But yesterday and today has been heavy to where I have to wear a pad. Has this happened to anyone else and was baby ok.

Hi! I am sorry to hear you are bleeding, this is so nerve wrecking! I had a large bleed at around 6 weeks and it turned out to be a large subchorionic haematoma. I was told to take it easy, i.e. no walking and standing for more than 20 minutes, and to work from home if possible. They also told me to stop the baby aspirin that I was on. The issue resolved itself by the 12 week scan. I have a healthy baby girl. If you are worried about the bleed, call your EPU and ask them to see you. I hope the bleeding stops soon!
