That looks like your period. The only way to know for certain is to take a pregnancy test.
Your bio says you have PCOS which can affect your periods, so could it be that? Is there something in particular that you're worried about? If you think you're pregnant you'll need to take a pregnancy test or if you think you have a problem with your periods you're best off to go to see a healthcare provider. None of us on here are doctors and so can't give you any advice or diagnosis.
