Anyone had Reflexology from 2nd trimester? Is it safe?

Hi just wanted to know if anyone had reflexology in the second trimester onwards and if it’s safe? Anything I need to be aware of? Thank you I’m advance.

Hi, I did. I found it helpful and relaxing. Having said that, I was very cautious in choosing a fertility reflexologist who also happened to be a midwife. She said it was important to avoid certain areas of the foot when massaging pregnant women, so make sure whoever you choose has experience with reflexology during pregnancy.
