First pregnancy

Hello,am currently in week 10 of my pregnancy went through alot in the previous weeks starting from loss of appetite, feeling weak, nipple and breast pain, vomiting and abdominal pain ,and not able to have a good sleep at night,My appetite is improving not much, still not able to sleep well at night but I don't feel the pregnancy symptoms any more

Am I still pregnant,my first appointment Will be in 2 weeks time

This is my first pregnancy,is everything ok with me

Am like tht carnt sleep proply nd every time a eat a feel sick nd being sick every morning am 9weeks today u can ask yah doctor 4 antisickness tablets they mite help u little bit xx

My appetite appetite has improved feeling better did the scan in week 13and the baby is doing very well, unfortunately they told me is too early for the gender, have another scan in week 20. Am soo happy and can't wait to be there in week 20
