When I defrost breast milk from the freezer I put it in the fridge to thaw. It always looks ‘bitty’ once defrosted. I understand this can be the fat separation and you can swirl it in a bottle to help it but I still find it’s super super bitty. Can babies drink it like that? Is it ok? X

Totally normal. Issue if the fat doesn't "disolve" is I finds the nipple gets clogged. I shake when I get this. Are you warming or serving cold?Best wishes!
