Can anyone help me???

I only have 2 days menstruation a heavy blood and it was the same last month and this month. Actually my regular menstruation cycle is 4days but I was confused because last month and this month I only have 2 days but a heavy blood. I decided to ake pregnancy test twice but it was negative. Help me to find out.
