Hi guys, anyone asked their partner to massage their back during pregnancy? I'm 24 weeks, my back was aching today and I had to ask partner to massage my back. But then googled it later and it says you should avoid certain spots like the spine. He gave me a proper massage I'm I'm bit worried now that I may have caused some damage 😐

My husband massages me all the time & all over as everything from my neck to back to legs & feet are so sore! I'm 35 weeks and don't appear to have had any issues from it but I hadn't heard there was a problem with being massaged.

Thanks. Yes I think its ok as long as you don't go in to deep. Because like you said everything is sore we need a massage 😌
