I'm really sorry your going through this, you will just have to keep an eye on it does sound bad. Bleeding is never a good sign, just to be on the safe side prepare yourself for the worst. Take good care of yourself and plenty of bed rest

If the pain or bleeding does get worse then go back to the doctors.I had a miscarriage last year, that started with really light bleeding and after 3/4 days became really heavy and quite painful (like I was having a period), at that point I knew it was a miscarriage.

BUT saying that I am currently pregnant and with this one I also bled on and off between 5 & 16 weeks pregnant and there was nothing wrong. Also darker blood can mean old blood.

I’ve also had an ectopic which resulted in surgery, so my advice to anyone if the pain does get worse then call your doctor straight away.

I know it’s hard but you’ve just got to try and rest. Xx

Doubling is a good sign. HCG double every 48-72 hours in early pregnancy so that’s really positive. If the numbers were going down then that would be cause for concern. Some women do bleed and go on to have healthy pregnancies but it does need checking out. Fingers crossed for you x

If they are referring to your HCG levels doubling in your blood then that’s a really good sign. In early pregnancy the levels should double every couple of days which means the pregnancy is progressing as it should be. I really hope everything goes well for you x
