Hi, firstly congratulations . The first thing I would do is call your doctors or if in the UK 111. Don’t panic could literally be anything . I had them same thing then it stopped . Xx

Hi lovely, I had some bleeding at 17 weeks and called 111 - they said as long as no pain or other symptoms (and it wasn't heavy red blood) to just see how it was for a day or so.I ended up having a scan which showed a massive haematoma in the uterus - baby was fine but it took 3.5 weeks to stop.

My point is that you can have lots of bleeding and everything be fine. It's really common for women to bleed during pregnancy. xx

Hi there, bleeding can be caused by all sorts of things so as already mentioned, please call your local hospital and if you are in the UK, go to your early pregnancy unit.

I did have bright red bleeding at 10 weeks which scared me. I went to the early pregnancy unit and was assessed. They booked me in for a scan a few days later and the baby was fine. I am currently 30 weeks.

All the best 🙏🏾

Glad I could help somewhat. I would not rely on symptoms to determine whether you will have a healthy pregnancy because symptoms can vary from pregnancy to pregnancy and from one woman to the next. Some women have little to no symptoms and still have a healthy pregnancy.

The main thing is to keep in regular contact with the professionals. Attend all your antenal meetings, scans etc. Only a professional can tell you if your pregnancy is progressing well based on reliable evidence.

All the best 🙏🏾
