Yes but NHS advice is to take as little and infrequently as possible. I have had headaches throughout my pregnancy, especially 1st trimester, and try to only take paracet when it really bothers me. If concerned eg they are frequent or intense, especially after 20 weeks, best to talk to your GP or midwife so they can rule out pre-eclampsia. xx

Hi Dolphin81, yes paracetamol is harmless during pregnancy. If your headaches are quite frequent, it might be good to speak to your GP or your midwife and see what triggers those headaches during pregnancy. They can treat you and prevent all sorts of problems in later pregnancy. Good luck!

No, latest findings shows connection with autism and taking paracetamol whilst pregnant. Safer to not take anything that's not natural x

I totally agree ridiculous statement , no dr I've ever spoken to have ever implied paracetamol isn't safe during pregnancy it's one if the few drugs we know is safe in pregnancy 🤦‍♀️😂 Xx

Absolutely. Seems everything is linked to autism too... Could at least chose to link it to something else for variety. 😂
