Over due 2nd baby

I am two days over my due date iv been getting tightness nd pains lost my mucus plug but the pain just come to a stop they don’t progress anymore!! I was 1cm when I went for my sweep at 39wks due to have another Wednesday nd if nothing due to be induced Sunday but really don’t want to be induced any tips or advice would be great

Walk up a big hill and back down and up again and back down and then maybe do it one more time for good measure. Get the quads and abs going so the muscles will kick start the contractions. Never fails. Good luck
