Baby zone Uk - avoid

Avoid babyzoneUk.com

Just wanted to warn parents about this company. They are scamming people, luring people in with cheap prices on a range of baby items and not honouring the purchases. They have a Facebook page but have disabled comments so that those who have been scammed cannot warn others. However, ppl are managing to review on trust pilot here: uk.trustpilot.com/review/ba...

I’ve reported to Facebook but they still have not closed the site down and others are still being scammed. Their website looks very professional so it’s easy to be lured in. I’m part of another parenting forum and there have been a number of people who have had to raise a dispute with their banks to get the money back.

Please share and remain vigilant!

No, they only registered as a company on 23rd November 2020. I’ve been in contact with one family who purchased a travel system around this time. They had emails come through to say it was being delivered but it never came. When the family tried to email, they got no response. So they tried to contact on Facebook and were blocked. All the comments they put on Facebook were also deleted. Now, there are many others who are on baby centre forum stating the same thing is happening to them. Their website is still up and they are still on Facebook so I’m trying to warn as many people as I can about this company!

Nevermind Facebook, have you reported them to Trading Standards?

I also reported to anti scam on citizen bureau advice and to action fraud police. What link is for the trading standards?

You have to report it to the office where the company is based so your best bet is google
