Hi there, I had my first miscarriage in early November and have subsequently had 2 very, very light (1 -2 day) bleeds when my periods would be expected.
Has anyone else experienced this?
I am 45 and feeling a bit paranoid that this is menopause straight after my miscarriage.
Thanks.

Have you been doing ovulation tests? How have you found those?
It could be generally anxiety, I know I’ve worried about all sorts since before getting pregnant and after my miscarriage! You certainly wouldn’t be alone.
Give your age, are you able to go for tests?
We’d started that pre-pregnancy/loss and are wondering at what point we can/should look to resume it.
No, I haven't taken any ovulation tests, but I've been monitoring temperature, mucous and other symptoms which seems to indicate ovulation.
I think the next step is a call to the GP, but similar to you, I didn't know how long to leave it, thinking that I should wait until my periods return to normal. . .
I was awaiting a call from the hospital today so thought I’d wait to reply.
They’ve advised to still come in for blood tests etc for fertility (that I was due to have the week we found I was finally expecting!) therefore I say call.
GP’s may be really chaotic with the vaccine roll out so maybe try your local NHS Fertility clinic directly?
Hopefully they’ll be no busier than usual and I’m sure they’d be able to advise on possible menopause too?
