No symptoms

Have tested positive for pregnancy 1 week back. But am not able to experience any symptoms ..am so worried if really am pregnant or not..anyone facing this..sometimes I feel abdominal pain too

I never had any symptoms, no morning sickness or anything. I took lots of tests and was definitely pregnant, baby is now 16 months old. I wouldn't have known at all except for missed period and positive tests.

I don’t tend to feel anything until about 7/8 weeks. I think I’ve got away with sickness then bam!! So embrace feeling ok incase you have it all to come xx

When pregnant with my first I didnt feel any symptoms for ages. Actually wouldnt have been surprised if they had told me at the 12 week scan that the pregnancy test had been wrong. Then from 12 to 18 weeks I had serious tiredness, then got over that and had no further symptoms until 6 months or so (except the bump). Some people have a lot of symptoms, some have very few. It doesn't mean you aren't pregnant or that anything is wrong. Depending on how far along you think you are now you could try taking an electronic test that tells you how many weeks you are, for reassurance.
