Implantation bleeding?

I ovulated on Tuesday 10th November. Confirmed ovulation by Gynae as I was referred for a internal and external ultrasound for separate reasons (which was all okay). I miscarried sadly for a second time 6 weeks ago after it taking 15 months to conceive again from my first loss and haven’t yet had a period but obviously done the deed once I was told I was ovulating. 2 days ago I had this either light bleeding or pink discharge I’m not 100% sure and my period still isn’t here and I’ve not had any spotting since. I feel like I am going to come on but haven’t. The only symptom I really have is my lower back is really hurting! I done a test yesterday morning and it came back negative but it was a digital one and I don’t have a lot of faith them from personal experiences in the past (false negatives) however I’m not getting my hopes up either way. What do you think, could this be implantation bleeding as it would of been around 2 weeks after conception and I had read that implantation can occur around then? Has anyone else had this before or is this something to worry about? Will re-test tomo morning.
